Yearly contract

With a yearly contract we will provide you with fixed-price IT support. There is a minimum charge of £160 + VAT per month on this contract. Our staff will remote in weekly to carry out preventative maintenance and keep your systems healthy. We will also come and visit your premises regularly to solve those IT problems which cannot be dealt with remotely.

Pay as you go

If you don't require a regular support contract but would prefer to call for support as and when you need it, then our pay-as-you-go assistance is for you. We can provide immediate assistance from one of our fully-trained engineers and charge by the hour. There is no minimum number of hours for this option. This is particularly useful for organisations which require less than 4 hours' on-site support per month. Remote support charged at £43 per hour on pay-as-you-go.
